Lessons by Rodolfo are fun and relaxed to join. I like his style and especcially I found his Pachanga quite inspiring! I can fully recommend Rodolfo as a teacher.
Rodolfo is the best teacher i have assisted! his lessons are always fun and relaxed but still focused on improvement! with his eyes for details you are guaranteed to become a better dancer no matter what level you are on. its a great pleasure to work with you Rodo!
If I need to describe Rodolfo’s teaching style in two word that would be: “FANCY” and “PASSION”!!! I experienced several classes and boot camps on different levels and styles from him during my time in Amsterdam. He always amazed me with new combinations and choreography that he created in each single class over and over again. Whether you are looking for Salsa On 1, Salsa On 2, Footwork, body movement, Pachanga, cha cha, Mambo… Rodolfo got it all!! Rodolfo’s body movement is one of the best I have seen so far. Even out here in LA and San Francisco, were the level of dancing is very high, I still consider him as one of the best teacher I have had so far! … but maybe as important as the above, Rodolfo is also just a nice down to earth guy. Knows most of his students by their names, always in for any questions before or after class and brings a good sense of (Chile?!) humour in each of his classes!! Will never forget he made fun of my jogging pants during class first and asking me after class he liked it a lot and where I bought it from!! Hard work always gets rewarded and Rodolfo is an example of that.
When I began taking classes with Rodolfo, I was immediately impressed by the way he dances. He is quick, creative and mostly he is one with the music. His musicality is awesome, that’s why I call him Flow. After enjoying his classes as a student, I have the honour of being his assistant since 2011. During this experience I have learned and am still learning so much, Rodolfo really drills you and helps you to give your all. Training with him made me grow as a dancer! I can defenitely say that Rodolfo is one of the best teachers in the world and most of all he is a great dancepartner and caring friend.
Rodolfo is one of the most skilled Salsa instructor I know. He’s not only serious about his teaching but also about his students. He will give you the trust and encourage needed to dance, even if you never dance before. And he takes the time and patience needed to make you understand that being a great dancer is not about how much you know, but about how much you enjoy what you are doing. If you want to learn how to dance, and you want to learn it well, you need to go him.

My bro, no te preocupes que no me olvido de ti, como puedes pensar eso marico… Quiero que quede claro que Don Nava es una máquina fuera de serie… Hace parte de lo más grande en este mundo tan maravilloso que nos hace vivir y hacer lo que más nos gusta…. Siempre he dicho que le admiro un mundo porque es un luchador nato, uno de los mejores bailarines del panorama mundial.. Don Nava, sigue trabajando duro como siempre… No flaquees nunca!!!!
